Paul Kotzé holds a degree in Town and Regional Planning and a MBA, both focussing on strategic planning and policy making. Paul started his career in 1978 after joining the then Alberton Town Council, Paul moved forward into his own consulting practice in 1986. Paul is a registered professional town planner with 30 years of experience. His speciality is strategic planning and policy and over the years has developed an affinity to resolve complex and highly technical problems with his vast knowledge of town planning and law as well as having a well-developed ability to unpack and structure complicated and problematic projects.

Saskia Cole is the company’s Director for land use management. Saskia has her B.Tech degree and has worked in land use management since 1993. Her area of expertise lies in the technical aspects of land use management and the built environment. Saskia’s interest and area of specialization include sustainable human settlement design and layout, legal and technical compliance and project administration. Saskia is a registered Professional Town Planner with over 25 years of experience.
